2.Do I need a permit to install this house on my property?

Since dome houses are considered temporary structures, they can be erected without prior notification in some Chinese cities. However, regulations vary by region. Before installation, it is advisable to first understand local policies before proceeding with construction. You may contact your local municipal authorities or engage a general contractor to assist with this process. We recommend selecting a general contractor, as they can also handle foundation work and utility installations.

3.Installation facilities

Zhenhao's dome houses are all modularly assembled. Since installation is straightforward, we provide comprehensive installation videos and diagrams. Upon receiving your order, our professional installation team will guide you through the process via video call. Water and electrical connections require your on-site assembly, for which we'll supply corresponding solutions. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber and electrician to ensure all utilities are properly installed upon delivery.

4.Damage

The dome house has undergone a comprehensive inspection before leaving our factory. However, unintentional damage may occasionally occur during transportation. We will provide a detailed checklist and labels. Please thoroughly inspect the structure before the delivery and installation personnel complete their work to ensure it is intact.
